Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided: Items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Original tags and packaging are attached. Products are free from damage caused by the customer. The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable. Certain products have a restocking fee or limit return eligibility. BLNK House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet requirements.  Shipping must be paid for by customer.  All returns require a RA#, please email returns@blnkhouse.com to request a RA#.

All custom products, including but not limited to: DTF Transfers Embroidery Printed Apparel Custom Tags Custom Patches Personalized Merchandise Special Order Products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Please email: support@blnkhouse.com with:

• Photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
